Imagine something that harnesses the power of your spirit, soul, and body to help you achieve your dreams and goals

There are several types of visualizations.

I will describe Mental Rehearsal, also known as Theater of the Mind

This method is popularized by Russian athletes in the 1960s and used by:

• Top athletes, around the world
• People that acquired great wealth in their generation
• Superstars

It’s a daily practice that requires focus and diligence – You don’t do it a few times and then say it doesn’t work

I’ve added some additional elements that provide additional power and super-charges your visualizations.

How Long
• Minimum 10 minutes

Best Times to Visualize
• When you wake up
• After mediation and prayer
• Right before going to sleep –
• Any time you desire

How To
1. Find a comfortable place
2. Take 30 deep breaths
3. Forgiveness – clear your soul
4. Thanksgiving
5. Close your eyes
6. 3 Parts to the visualization – Watch, Do, and Believe
7. Open your eyes and say, “I believe I receive the full physical manifestation of what I saw and accomplished.”
8. Expect Results –  What you focus on you get
9. Continue with your day.
10. When you make this part of your daily routine, you will see amazing changes in your life.
