Today, I want to share a tool I created to help my clients develop their self-confidence; it’s a meditation and visualization. As with anything, confidence is created, developed, and maintained by what you think and believe.
My heart’s desire is for you to live the life you want.

Welcome to the self-confidence jumpstart guided visualization and meditation designed to strengthen your self-confidence. As you’re going through this visualization and meditation, don’t focus on the degree of self-confidence that you have right now. Instead, focus entirely on how you feel and behave when you’re self-confident.
I want you to move into the space of assurance into belief. The more you visualize seeing yourself self-confident and feeling confident, the more you will believe that you are self-confident when your mind believes that something is real heaven and earth will line up to make your belief reality.
Now, I recommend that you use this visualization to program your mind and strengthen your confidence. You can also use it when negative thoughts try to take over your mind. And when you’re feeling uncertain about your ability to do something before we get started, I want to talk to you about four important things.
- I want you to determine how you want to see yourself in the visualization.
- I want you to decide that you will experience positive and exciting feelings in the visualization.
- Don’t listen to this visualization when you’re driving or operating machinery. You will be in a deeply relaxed state.
- Finally, find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. I don’t recommend lying down unless you plan to go to sleep after the visualization. Now let’s get into
Do it now. Close your eyes, and let’s begin. I’ll count out five deep breaths while you’re relaxing your mind and your body. Focus on your breathing, releasing all the tension. You feel breathe in through your nose, hold it, and breathe out through your mouth. Let’s start now. Breathe in, exhale out, breathe in, exhale out. Two, breathe in exhale out three, breathe in, exhale out four, breathe in, exhale out five. Now I want you to continue to breathe deeply, relax your body more and more. As we go through the visualization, any tension or anxiety you feel fades away. So imagine it’s a beautiful day and the sun is shining at the perfect temperature. You’re at your ideal place; whether that’s on the beach in the woods on a mountain top, wherever that is, the sun is shining over your body. You’re not too hot. You’re not too cold.
It’s your perfect temperature. When you feel the sun, you smile and stretch, relaxing every muscle in your body. When you stretch, you feel your body releasing all anxiety, intention, starting at the top of your head, your scalp in your forehead. Then down through your eyes, your cheeks, your job, your lips, and the rest of your face. Your lips are slightly parted because you’re smiling. You’re releasing the tension. When you exhale, you feel the sun moved down your neck to your shoulders, your chest, and arms, and your fingers are now all relaxed, continuing down your back and your stomach. You feel the warmth of the sun, and the attention and anxiety is released. Stress and anxiety leave your bottom and thighs and knees and calves and ankles. Finally, the warmth of the sun washes over your feet and toes, and all the stress and anxiety has gone from your body and your mind. Now going into a deeper space of relaxation, I will count out five more breaths. And with each breath, you will feel more relaxed, peaceful, and full of joy. Breathe in, exhale out, feel the peace and the joy. Breathe in. Exhale out to give yourself permission to be confident. Breathe in, exhale out.
You’re more relaxed. Breathe in, exhale out for deeper and deeper. Breathe in, exhale out five. Now you’re thoroughly relaxed. I want you to create a movie in your mind, focus your attention on feeling and being self-confident.
- What emotions are you feeling?
- How do you look?
- How do you speak?
- What do you think when you self-confident?
- How do you handle setbacks and disappointments When you’re self-confident.
Now I’ll stop talking for a moment and let you create a self-confident picture. Remember to connect with your emotions and what you’re saying. Now that you see yourself as self-confident and you know how that feels repeat after me.
- I am at peace with myself.
- I appreciate who I am.
- I am strong.
- I am diligent.
- I am disciplined.
- I am who I want to be.
- I am loved.
- I value myself as a person.
- I am enough just as I am.
- I deserve to be happy because I’m alive.
- I deserve good things.
- I like myself.
- I have many excellent qualities.
- I learn from my mistakes, and I forgive myself.
- I love myself. I am confident.
- I hold myself in high regard.
- I accept myself.
- I respect myself.
- I can do hard things.
Okay. Let’s pause for a moment.
The words that you’re speaking become true for you and fuel you itself, competence, and assurance. Let’s begin again. Repeat after me. I am kind to myself and do my best. Every time I take great care of myself, I feel good about me. I approach challenges, knowing that I will find an answer. I enjoy being me. I care for myself. I handle difficulties with grace. I allow myself to experience and express emotions, both negative and positive. I am valuable. I am confident. I accept myself. I am secure in who I am. I accept myself. I accept
Now it’s time to leave your special place. You can return anytime you want. I suggest you spend time there every day to reinforce your self-confidence. It’s time to end the visualization. So I’ll count to three, and you’ll be fully awake, alert, energized self-confident and open your eyes. When I get to three, one, take a deep cleansing breath, breathe in exhale slowly, Take another deep breath in exhale. Great. You’re calm, confident. You’re refreshed. Now.
Open your eyes, and enjoy your day.
