Renewed Charter Terms

These terms apply to Renewed: Charter Cohort, offered by The True Self School (Michelle Gathren). To purchase, you must check the box confirming you have read, understand and consent to these terms. Questions: support@thetrueselfschool.com.

1. What you’re buying

Renewed: Charter Cohort is a 90-day program, Monday, November 16, 2026 to Saturday, February 13, 2027. Onboarding runs November 10 to 15. It includes all nine principles of The Blessing Process℠, the Gold-25℠ assessment, live Soul Work sessions every Wednesday at 7:00 PM Central for 90 minutes, the bonus Truth Process℠, and the 90-day structure. Charter is limited to 25 seats.

2. Price and payment

  • Pay in full: $497, charged at checkout.
  • Payment plan: 2 monthly payments of $259 ($518 total). The first is charged at checkout, the second one month later.
  • Charter is $497, half of the $997 full price, in exchange for the commitments in section 4.

3. Payment plan and missed payments

You can’t cancel a payment plan yourself; email support@thetrueselfschool.com. If a payment fails, the system retries it up to four times. Michelle will also email you personally. If the payment is still unpaid 3 days after its due date, your access pauses until it’s paid: your course access, your place in Charter emails and your Soul Work registration.

4. What you commit to

  1. Written feedback on Tuesday, December 15, 2026 (day 30), Thursday, January 14, 2027 (day 60) and Saturday, February 13, 2027 (day 90).
  2. A testimonial, if Renewed works for you.
  3. Consent to the recording of Soul Work sessions (section 6).

5. Access

You have access for 12 months (365 days) from the day course access begins: Monday, November 16, 2026 to Monday, November 15, 2027. The course, the Soul Work recordings and every bonus share the same access.

6. Soul Work sessions and recordings

Every Soul Work session is recorded and posted for members. Recordings may become the Soul Work sessions for future members of Renewed. By purchasing, you consent to being recorded and to that use. Michelle may reschedule a session with notice to members; the recording is always posted.

7. Confidentiality in Soul Work

What other women share in Soul Work stays with the group. You agree not to share another member’s words, name or story outside the cohort.

8. Your access is for you

Your access is personal and may not be shared. Renewed, The Blessing Process℠, the Gold-25℠ assessment and The Truth Process℠ are proprietary to The True Self School. You may not copy, share, distribute or resell any course material, including the Gold-25℠ questions.

9. Refund policy

Your enrollment in Renewed includes access to the Gold-25℠ assessment, a proprietary 250-question diagnostic that identifies your top five limiting beliefs from the top twenty-five in psychology. This assessment is administered upon enrollment and its results are yours permanently. Because the Gold-25℠ cannot be retrieved, reused, or reassigned once opened, a non-refundable assessment fee of $97 applies to all enrollments in which the assessment has been opened.

Refund eligibility:

  • If you request a refund within 30 calendar days of course access and before opening the Gold-25℠ assessment, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price.
  • If you request a refund within 30 calendar days of course access and after opening the Gold-25℠ assessment, you will receive a refund of your purchase price minus the $97 assessment fee. The $97 assessment fee is non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 calendar days from course access, regardless of assessment status.

The refund window opens when course access begins and closes 30 calendar days later at midnight CST. For Charter members, course access begins Monday, November 16, 2026, so the refund deadline is Wednesday, December 16, 2026 at midnight CST. For masterclass buyers, course access begins at purchase. All refund requests must be submitted by email to support@thetrueselfschool.com with the subject line REFUND REQUEST: RENEWED before the deadline. Requests received after midnight CST on the deadline will not be honored regardless of circumstances.

10. Not therapy

Renewed and Soul Work are spiritual teaching, not therapy, and not a replacement for professional care.
